Kids operating motor-cycles

(From today's news file - Saturday Sept. 7) Check out this video - two kids pass a police car and then come straight at me through a pedestrian crossing, aboard a "Segway" or similar type of motor-cycle, scooting device. They proceed to run a red light beside McDonald's (eg. it's a busy roadway) on Gateway Blvd.! No license, no helmets, no horn, no sense or perspective whatsoever. Scary!

I ran the part where they rush at me twice - they are going so fast it's easy to miss.
