I'm pretty freaked by the situations in Africa an Ukraine, but you need to laugh too. If my late dog “Sticky” (www.stickydoggy.com) was still around he would probably have wanted to get in on the current condo action.

I asked my friend Marc to engage DALL-E to come up with some renderings that Sticky could submit to local councillor Jon Burnside's office. I'll have to do something about the "Las Vegas" style mountains in the background... no, on second thought we'll leave them be - Doug Ford may want to do some "terraforming" in Don Mills!
