Early July update re: renters forum downtime, at FMTA

I suppose that if anyone is interested in registering the renters’ forum domain (or getting a better one?) then it's up for grabs. Getting copies of the layout and system map(s) of the original board and the posts is of course a different story.

Of possible interest - I asked Google for a rundown on phpBB.
