Explanation: the above came in as a *Substack* heads up e-mail, purportedly from Charlie Angus. It may not be real and I have not confirmed it. It notably did not include meta-data and I doubt that anyone reputable would register an e-mail address like "no tyrants" on Google. Could well be click bait.
P.S. I *detest* San Francisco California-based Substack, and I cannot comprehend why Canadians would want to dabble in here-today-gone-tomorrow U.S. media.
